I was looking for another publication to invest some advertising dollars in that was out of the valley since a lot of my clients are from that area. I spoke with Steve on and off for a couple months because I was skeptical to spend the money for an ad in Homes & Land as they were just starting a new section for the White Mountains. Steve was very helpful and worked with me on a package that worked into my advertising budget. I placed an ad online for one month to try it and it produced a buyer that lead to a big sale shortly after I ran the ad. I am now running more ads in the publication as it has proved to me that it works and has already more than paid for itself.
