What is an 'Advertorial'?
An Advertorial is a combination advertisement/editorial. It's a page where we combine your 1/2 page ad with editorial content (an article) written for the consumer about your field of business.
Where will Advertorials be placed in the magazine?
All Advertorial pages will be in our special section 'NEW HOMES & Home Buying Services'. This special section is printed every 3 months then inserted into 3 consecutive issues of HOMES & LAND of the Phoenix East Valley. We also print thousands extra of just this special section an put them out in our racks as a separate stand-alone publication.
What is the readership?
The special section 'NEW HOMES & Home Buying Services' has an estimated readership of 305,000 every 3 months.
How much does it cost?
Nothing extra. You just pay the normal amount for a 1/2 page ad in that special section and you get the Advertorial on your page free. 1/2 page ads in this special section run about $330 to $430 per month (billed quarterly).
